Prices & Payment

• Base price from €60 per night for 2 guests
• Additional guests: +€15 per night
• Deposit: 50% (min. €150), due within 7 days

• Short‑notice bookings < 30 days: full amount immediately
• Very short‑notice < 7 days: payment by arrangement

• Apartment must be left swept clean

House Rules

• Only the booked number of guests may stay
• Unauthorized extra guests: €150 per person
